The Week Ahead, 041017

We have some new faces in the gym that have transferred into the area with CrossFit experience so please make everyone feel welcome!  Nicole Rolf, Lauren Lippert, Angie Ward and Annie Bova.  Next week we will welcome the April Fundamentals Graduates.

B-FIT @ Birdtown private 6-week course starts at the end of April with Coach Evy.
Talk up this program with your friends and family that have an interest in CrossFit and would like a more gradual start, a private class or a midday class (9:30am).

April Donations are going well!
Please bring in any hygiene item for donation to Lakewood Community Services.  Bath soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, deodorants, baby powder, nail polish (and/or remover), Lysol cleaners, any paper product.
If you’re a donator, but not a shopper, you’re welcome to donate CASH and we’ll shop for you.  Or write a check to Lakewood Community Services and we’ll drop it off with our donations at the end of the month.  Thank you all for your generosity!

Bros, Babes and Non-Binaries Summer Challenge!
Work themes include: #tanktoptuesdays, #bringingsexyback, Bro Sesh, Hang 10, The Stabilizers and #backtobasics. Six work areas. Six weeks. These will be paired up and parsed out. Look for more details on the board in the next day!

More Summer Fun: Saturday Benchmark WODs!
