Join us to get healthier, faster and stronger through the FIT program at Birdtown CrossFit!

Have you fallen off the workout-wagon? Maybe training for a 5k, 10k, or half marathon and want to diversify your training? Or just looking to feel healthier? B-FIT is just what you need!

This semi-private 6-week FIT – Functional Intensity Training – program will get you back on track and feeling fit just in time for summer. You’ll work inside Birdtown CrossFit with a full inventory of rowers, dumbbells, kettlebells and other tools – but no barbells. The work will include modifications for every person in the class so you can work at intervals that are most beneficial for fat burning and an intensity that promote muscle toning.

B-FIT starts April 25! Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am.

Coach Evy has a CrossFit L1 certificate and coached at two gyms in Indiana before finding Birdtown CrossFit. Relatively new to Ohio, Evy has made her mark at Birdtown CrossFit and we love the skill set she brings to our clients. Evy has an AS in Advanced Massage Therapy, focusing on Orthopedic dysfunction, chronic pain, and sports performance. She also has an AS in Physical Therapy Assisting and is a Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner. Wife to Collin, mom to Makenna, Asher, and our mutt, Chance.
