Whether you know the building as the Lake Erie Building at Templar Industrial Park or the Screw Factory, it’s our home. Don’t be intimidated by a building that’s the size of a city block, just enter through the front door on Athens and walk up the stairs straight ahead, we’re located immediately at the top of the 3rd floor. Read below for more detailed directions on finding our facility located just minutes from Interstate-90.

Parking

Ample FREE parking is located adjacent to and across the street from the building. Parking is closest to the front door on the east end of the building. Occasionally, the gate on that lot is closed (some weekends). Our suggestion is to then park on the west end of the building as that lot is always open. In case the east and west lots are both full, try across the street at Madison Park. Remember, the easiest access to our space is through the main door on Athens Avenue, but you can scroll down for how to find us from different entrances.

From the East (via 90)

Take I-90W past downtown Cleveland, exit at W. 140th turning right onto W. 140th. Take the first right onto Lakewood Heights Blvd. Turn left onto Chesterland Avenue (about a ¼ mile), then turn right on Athens Ave (after another ¼ mile). The Lake Erie Building will be on the right, park on either side of the building and enter through the main door on Athens Avenue.

From the West (via 90)

Take I-90E to Exit #165 for Warren Road/Bunts Road/W. 140th. Merge onto S. Marginal Drive, after just over a ½ mile, turn left onto W. 140th. Take the first right on to Lakewood Heights Blvd. Turn left onto Chesterland Avenue, then turn right on Athens Ave. The Lake Erie Building will be on the right, park on either side of the building and enter through the main door on Athens Avenue.

From the South (via 71)

Take I-71N to Exit #242A for W. 130th. Head north on W. 130th for one mile, the take a left onto Lorain Avenue and quick right onto Berea Road. After about ¾ mile, cross under the highway and then turn right on Lakewood Heights Blvd (crossing over Berea Road). Take the first right onto Waterbury Road and the second right onto Athens Avenue. The Lake Erie Building will be on the right, park on either side of the building and enter through the main door on Athens Avenue.

From the North

Swim. Exit Lake Erie, hopefully in the Lakewood/Rocky River/West Cleveland area and through a hospitable, breaker-less location. Head south on whatever street may be nearby. Cross over Lake Avenue, Clifton Avenue and Detroit Avenue.  Once reaching Madison Avenue, figure out where you are: If the numbers are huge (13500+) head east/towards Cleveland, if they’re small – go west! The goal on Madison is 13029 Madison Avenue, it’s a park. Walk through it, hint: towards the giant building. Arrive at the Lake Erie Building and enter through the main door on Athens Avenue.

OMG, I entered the wrong door!

Step one, chill. It’s a big building, lots of ways to get around! The main entrance off Athens is definitely the easiest way to find us, but if you walk in from the West parking lot or the East back lot there are routes. From the West lot, head up to the second floor follow the turns and walk straight down a very long hall basically to the Wrestling Factory. To the right of the Wrestling Factory is a red door, enter and walk down the hall. Around the corner and on the left is a stairwell doorway, head through it up and up the stairs. Congratulations! You made it. From the East back lot/you entered near the smoke stack, head through the man door near the Choctau Kaul garage door. To the right of the elevator is another man door, go through it and up the stairs to the third floor. Turn left on the third floor and on the other side of the elevator is our door. You’ll walk down a long blue, tarp-y hall way, but congratulations! You made it.
